The Emerald Group is owned and run by Diane Foreman. Diane is one of New Zealand’s leading entrepreneurs and has many years experience in running and growing a number of international businesses. As well as being Managing Director of the Emerald Group, Diane is also a director of a number of private and public companies in New Zealand.

The Emerald Group is 100% owned by Diane and her husband Bill Foreman. Emerald has interests in 4 main sectors: Property, Health, Food and Recruitment. The Property sector includes investments in commercial land, buildings and residential property. It also includes a boutique hotel on the beachfront of Auckland’s North Shore. The Health section includes a large stake in New Zealand’s largest privately held hospital group. The Food sector includes a 50% stake in a milk processing company in New Zealand’s South Island, and full ownership of Emerald Foods, an award winning ice cream manufacturer, as well as full ownership of New Zealand Natural.
